About Your Presenter
Harry Hardman
Harry is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a first-class degree from Brunel University London. He brings broad clinical experience across neurorehabilitation, paediatrics, and post-operative recovery—particularly knee and hip replacements—where he has developed a strong understanding of surgical rehab pathways.
He is currently undertaking a PhD at UCL in muscle health and exercise physiology, focusing on how ageing, surgery, and inactivity affect muscle function. This cutting-edge research keeps his clinical practice firmly rooted in the latest evidence.
With a lifelong background in rugby, Harry understands the physical and mental impact of injury. He combines academic insight with real-world empathy to help patients recover, move better, and return to what matters most.
